Kanopi and Pantheon Teams Up for Webinar on Drupal 7 to 10 Migration
On Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 11:00 AM PDT | 2:00 PM EDT, Kanopi and Pantheon are teaming up to host a webinar about migrating from Drupal 7 before its end of life in November 2023. With over half of the entire Drupal sites still operating on D7, many website owners need to make the upgrade as soon as possible to stay secure and up to date.
Kanopi has been working hard over the past few years to ensure their Drupal clients are up to date and running smoothly. They now want to extend their help to the rest of the Drupal community, providing guidance and support to those switching to the latest version, Drupal 10, released in December 2022.
The webinar will largely involve a conversation of Anne Stefanyk, Kanopi Studios’ CEO with James Rutherford, Pantheon’s Director of Global & Technology Partnerships, as they discuss the options available to site owners looking to move beyond Drupal 7. It shall discuss what Open Source platforms are available for Drupal 7 users to consider and which make sense for the site owner/organization. It will also introduce Pantheon tooling to use during the migration away from Drupal 7.
