The Drupal Community Working Group with Otter Tech are holding an online Code of Conduct incident response training for the Drupal community on 2021 December 11th. These events held monthly will help ensure that the community events are safe for all.

The training will provide ‘first responder’ skills to Drupal community members that are responsible for taking reports of potential Code of Conduct issues at Drupal events. The training covers frameworks for deciding consequences of inappropriate behavior, tips for protecting reporter privacy, and interactive practice enforcing a code of conduct.

The training sessions will include 40 minutes for question and answer sessions and interactive practice enforcing a code of conduct. Once the training is completed Drupal community members will receive community contribution credit on Drupal.org.
