The IXP Fellowship Initiative is a community-driven initiative to create incentives for companies to guide new developers through the very beginning of their careers in Drupal.

The differences in developer salaries cannot be solved, but try and find a way to ensure that companies are rewarded for their investment in training new developers, even if they are hired away.
