L'Association Drupal Burkina (Drupal Burkina Faso)

We are in a context where Africa need to find his place in the world but also in the Drupal community. The challenge here is to know how Africa can contribute to promote Drupal and how Drupal also can be useful for Africa.

So the Drupal Burkina Association are fighting for the Drupal promotion particularly in Burkina Faso and globally in Africa. Also taking action to enable the African continent to find its place in the Drupal community: we do it essentially by local drupal event organization. training (training, meetup, conferences, etc.) .

The Drupal Burkina association aims to:

promote the CMS (Content Management System) Drupal, mainly to professionals;
to enhance the skills of Drupal CMS professionals;
to ensure the promotion of French-speaking know-how around technologies related to DRUPAL;
to help in the development of the Drupal CMS by contributing to certain works (developments, documentation, etc.) She may also devote herself to any activity related to the Drupal CMS and more broadly to information technologies, particularly in terms of training and dissemination of knowledge;
operate and manage the community site;
to participate in maintaining the French translation of Drupal and its main contribution modules;
to participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation in French.
