With over 15 years of experience in building cloud-native scalable enterprise systems, I am passionate about delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users.

I am also a hands-on technology leader with deep expertise in MERN stack, Python, Drupal/PHP web applications, and AI, and have multiple certifications in Drupal, Scrum, and cloud-native applications.

In my previous roles, I have successfully led technical delivery for a pharma portfolio with ARR exceeding $8M, built from scratch a 50+ people R&D engineering and Professional Services team. I am a talent advocate who can attract, nurture, and retain in-demand niche talent, and a meticulous delivery manager who focuses on metrics, process improvement, and optimization.
