With over 20 years of experience in the digital landscape and managing teams, it's my personal mission to use this knowledge to provide strategic advice and facilitate people to make the right choices. 

I've been able to gather my knowledge through education by being an entrepreneur launching multiple initiatives (and occasionally hitting a wall and getting back up again), but most of all, I was able to grow in my various roles by having valuable conversations with people crossing my path. I take listening very seriously. I listen and try to understand; if I don't, I keep asking until I understand the core of what people tell me. That, for me, is the core of having good conversations. My energy level gets boosted by learning from others and using my own knowledge to unblock others in making choices, both on professional and personal matters. 

In 2013, Dominique and I started Dropsolid, resulting in an average growth of 20% since starting up. Our key focus is to connect and be a sustainable MarTech partner. Connecting marketing and technology as well as connecting humans and digital. Organizations and companies rely on Dropsolid to create effortless digital user experiences. We leverage our Open DXP, and we help clients with their digital strategy and fulfill their marketing challenges. Driven by open-source technology and an open culture, we share our talent, code, and wisdom with you. No lock-in. Full freedom.

I always made it a point of honor to guide people and companies in my network toward the best possible fit for their needs. This was never the one with the most features, nor the cheapest or most expensive one, nor the one that had the best design or user experience, even the fact of it being a solution our company is selling, was not the trigger to give the best possible advice. The key decision-making point is the expectation of the stakeholders and how the service or solution would match their needs.
