Drupal User Group Ruhr January 2024


The Drupal User Group Ruhr is set to host a virtual meetup on January 11, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. GMT+5:30. The online event will feature lectures, discussions, and exchanges in a relaxed atmosphere focusing on Drupal and web development. Key topics include the integration of Symfony Mailer in Drupal Core and practical insights on its usage. The meetup will also include lightning talks, providing attendees with a diverse range of insights. Drupaladas #0 - Febrero 2024

The Spanish Drupal community is set to host the inaugural Drupaladas meeting, an initiative organized through the #drupal-es and #drupal-iniciativas channels. Scheduled for Friday, February 9, at 12:00 CET, the event will be conducted virtually on Slack in the #drupal-es channel. The featured speaker, Fran Garcia-Linares, will delve into the comprehensive integration of GitLab CI with Drupal.org, providing valuable insights for project utilization. Registration is not required, allowing participants to join the call at their convenience. Importantly, the session will be recorded for later accessibility on YouTube. A11yTalks - The Accessibility Mindset: Moving Beyond Remediating, Fixing, and Reacting

Scheduled for February 9, 2024, at 12:00 am GMT+5:30, A11yTalks is hosting an online meetup centered around "The Accessibility Mindset: Moving Beyond Remediating, Fixing, and Reacting." The session aims to delve into critical questions regarding the inclusivity of websites and applications, addressing the core queries of who can use them, who cannot, and why. Jesse Loseberg will share insights based on their organization's website rebuild process, offering examples and methods that go beyond meeting WCAG guidelines.
