Title: Drupal Developer 

Location: 3031 Tisch Way, 110 Plaza West, San Jose, California 95128

Interview Type: Webcam Interview.

Duration: 12+ Months with Possible Extension.

This is 100% remote

Job Description

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Proven development performance with the use of Drupal, Drupal Application Development, Drupal Module Development, PHP-Based Web Applications Development, and advanced data and workflow management therein.

• Required role: Senior/Lead Developers have at least 10 years of active and successful development experience in the SaaS Solution(s) being proposed.

• 7+ years of verifiable experience in Drupal Module development and Drupal-powered web Applications with a preference for Drupal 9+, Symfony, and Module/Plugn/ Entity development.

• Optional role: Intermediate/Journeyman Developers have at least 7 years of active and successful development experience in the SaaS Solution(s) being proposed.

• 5+ years of verifiable experience in Drupal 9+ Module development and Drupal 9+-Powered Web Applications

• Optional role: Web Design/Design Developers have at least 3 years of active and successful design experience in Drupal.

• Optional role: Database Developers have at least 7 years of MySQL experience and 4 years of MySQL on Acquia/Drupal

• All staff have a general knowledge of web applications, reporting, and application workflows including routing, automation, and reporting (both internal and self-reporting mechanisms).

• All staff have a deep understanding of Web Security, Zero Trust Architecture, Multi-Factor Authentication, and the modern threat environment.

• All staff are trained and have knowledge of privacy (PII) and records management/retention.

• Documented experience and success working in Agile methodologies with a preference for Scrum (all Scrum formalities, not just daily stand-ups)

• The ability to write, and verbally present complex subjects in a clear and concise manner.

• The ability to effectively brief senior executives on project issues.

• All resources/staff assigned must be U.S. Citizens and take DOI IT Security Training prior to starting on the project(s).
