I specialize in the development of websites based on Drupal and related web technologies such as Composer, Git, or Docker, among others.

Over the years, I've been involved in various responsibilities across around 15 different projects, adapting to the specific needs each time. I would summarize them in the following three areas:

Main Developer:
For the past 7 years, my focus has been leading the technical decisions on projects I've been assigned to. I've been fortunate to work with great professionals who made it easy to choose the right paths when facing challenges. One of my main responsibilities was defining processes for project releases, following best practices from PR review processes to detecting possible issues before any code is merged. Additionally, I defined delivery processes using different technologies like Jenkins or Azure Pipelines. As the main developer, it was also my responsibility to communicate potential problems to stakeholders, ensuring quick actions were taken to overcome any situations that could lead to delays or quality losses.

Support on Pitches:
As an experienced developer, I've often been involved in pitches, providing technical guidance, estimations, or building PoCs to support presentations. I've also been involved in defining Technical Concepts to serve as requirements for new functionalities offered to clients.

Mentoring Others:
One of the aspects I enjoy the most as an experienced developer is mentoring others to help them in their careers, just as others have done and continue to do for me. Seeing people I've mentored excel beyond my level is one of the most satisfying things. In this area, I would like to highlight that being a team player is a must for me, especially nowadays when it is required to be a specialist in small areas to have an impact as a team. Last but not least, I really enjoy being a mentor for other members of the Drupal community, whether as a speaker at events or contributing back with modules or documentation that could be beneficial for others.
